1. Agreement
By purchasing digital content, requesting professional work or using a client workspace, you agree to these Terms and the policies applicable to the transaction. Nothing here excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Services and quotations
A service request is an enquiry until scope, price and terms are confirmed. A quotation may require full payment or, where offered, a 50% deposit followed by the balance. Work may begin after the required initial payment or when marked complimentary. Final paid deliverables may remain locked until the agreed balance is verified.
3. Client responsibilities
You should provide accurate instructions, lawful materials and timely feedback. You represent that you have sufficient rights or permission to provide materials submitted for processing or incorporation into the requested work.
4. Academic/document assistance
Editing, proofreading, formatting, citation assistance and originality/AI-use review are support services. Clients remain responsible for truth, authorship, academic integrity and lawful submission. Automated AI-detection results are indicators and are not represented as infallible proof.
5. Intellectual property
Pre-existing Fides in Reality content, software, music, writings, branding and original material remain protected unless expressly licensed or transferred. Rights in bespoke deliverables depend on the agreed scope and do not transfer rights in third-party material or pre-existing tools merely because they appear in a deliverable.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the site for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, malicious code, unauthorised access, abuse, or attempts to circumvent payment, download, access or security controls.
7. Availability and mandatory rights
Reasonable efforts are made to provide services in a timely manner, but uninterrupted website availability cannot be guaranteed. Any limitation in these Terms remains subject to applicable Nigerian law and mandatory consumer rights.
8. Complaints
Please first raise service concerns through the client workspace or [email protected] so they can be reviewed and addressed. This does not prevent use of remedies available under applicable law.
