1. About this notice
This Privacy Policy explains how Fides in Reality, operated by Fidelis Odiegwu Tobechukwu, collects, uses, stores, protects and disposes of personal information when you browse the website, contact us, purchase digital content, or use professional/client services.
2. Information we may process
Depending on your interaction, this may include your name, email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, organisation, service requests, correspondence, quotations, payment references and status, purchase records, client-work progress, uploaded documents or media, technical/security logs, browser information and cookie preferences.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
Information is processed where reasonably necessary to provide requested services or purchases, take steps toward or perform a contract, communicate with you, secure the website, prevent abuse, maintain legitimate transaction records, comply with legal obligations, or where valid consent applies. Processing should be fair, transparent, purpose-specific and limited to what is reasonably necessary.
4. Client documents
Files supplied through the private client workspace are used for the requested work and related communication. When work closes, physical client-work files may be permanently deleted under the Client Work & Revision Policy. Limited database records may remain for transaction, security, dispute-resolution and lawful record-keeping purposes.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through the payment provider presented at checkout, presently Paystack. Fides in Reality may retain transaction references, currency, amount, status and verification timestamps needed to reconcile purchases and services. Complete payment-card numbers are not requested through the Fides in Reality client forms.
6. Cookies
Essential technologies may be used for security, sessions, cart functions, client access and remembering privacy choices. Optional technologies are governed by the Cookie Policy and your recorded preference.
7. Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by providers reasonably necessary for hosting, email, payments, security and requested functions, or disclosed where required by applicable law or lawful process. Fides in Reality does not state or imply that personal information is sold to advertisers.
8. Retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, contractual relationship, legitimate record-keeping requirement or applicable legal obligation. Client-work files follow the shorter rules in the Client Work & Revision Policy.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, you may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion where applicable, restriction or objection in appropriate circumstances, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis of processing. You may also complain to the competent Nigerian data-protection authority.
10. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your client access credentials and report suspected unauthorised access.
