1. Private workspace
Professional requests may be managed through a private workspace containing discussion, files, quotations, payments and timestamped progress.
2. Payment
A quotation may be full-payment, or—where offered—50% deposit with the remaining 50% due before final paid deliverables are released.
3. Progress
The portal may display Request received, Discussing, Quotation, Payment, Working, Ready for delivery, Delivered/Review, Revision 1, Revision 2 and Closed, with dates/times for recorded events.
4. Corrections
After delivery, the client may conclude the work or request correction. Up to two correction rounds are included in the standard workflow. A correction addresses the agreed work; a materially new scope may require a separate quotation.
5. Conclusion and 30-day period
If the client selects Conclude, the work closes immediately. Otherwise, delivered work remains in review for up to 30 days unless a permitted correction is requested. If no action is taken, the work maybe closed automatically.
6. File deletion
When work closes, physical files associated with that work may be permanently deleted without backup. Database records may retain file metadata, deletion date/reason, payments, progress and limited records required for legitimate business, security or legal purposes. Clients should download and safely retain final work before closure.
7. Confidentiality and prohibited work
Client materials are handled for the requested service and related administration. Work involving unlawful material, infringement, fraud, malicious content or activity outside the agreed scope may be refused or discontinued at any point during the workflow, subject to applicable rights and obligations.
