1. Scope
This policy applies to paid downloadable writings, music and other digital content sold directly through Fides in Reality.
2. Access
Access is supplied after successful payment verification. Purchase references, access codes and protected download controls should not be publicly shared.
3. Licence
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive licence for lawful personal use. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to republish, resell, redistribute, publicly upload or claim authorship.
4. Technical problems
If valid purchased access fails, contact support with the purchase reference. Reasonable steps will be taken to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy where required.
5. Refunds
Refund treatment is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer law.
